It is important that nutrition is also a goal in itself and gives you pleasure. If you suffer from eating disorders, it is worth tackling this problem comprehensively.
Collaboration with a nutritional psychologist will allow you not only to deal with the world of nutrition, but also include elements of psychoeducation, motivational work to change habits and simple exercises based on cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques. This can be helpful when you have had many unsuccessful weight loss attempts, when you are concerned about your relationship with food or if you suffer from an eating disorder.
