Sports nutritionist
Aleksandra Kluba
At Be Compleat, I work as sports dietitian. On a daily basis, I work with both professional athletes and amateurs, who are often equally hooked on the sports lifestyle. I help them achieve their goals, as well as educate them. Whether you are 10 or 80 years old – it doesn’t matter, any time is a good time to start the adventure of proper nutrition. In addition, I am part of the team creating a new project – an innovative platform for dietitians.
I graduated from the Bronislaw Czech University of Physical Education in Krakow, as well as the Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Krakow Academy.
My main areas of professional interest are sports dietetics and nutrition in physical activity, as well as various forms of nutrition – from plant-based diets, Mediterranean diets, intermittent fasting and flexible dieting – because, after all, each of us is different and the diet should be tailored to you, not you to the diet. 😉
My interests? Physical activity in the broadest sense. I’ve never been able to decide on one sport. But as a result, whenever the urge strikes me, I can run through the options. Yoga, running, gym, squash or martial arts are just a few. I usually do whatever I feel like doing and what is possible at the moment. In addition, I love cooking and, of course, the food itself – after all, proper workout fueling is essential. 😉 In my free time I like to experiment with recipes in the kitchen or test new flavors and unusual dishes of cuisine from different parts of the world – in a good company, of course.
My passion is traveling. Whenever the opportunity arises, I enjoy visiting new places. Getting to know people who are living in other countries, their cultures, customs and cuisines is something I enjoy the most.
