Homemade hummus in three ways

Tomorrow we are celebrating International Hummus Day 🎉🥳👏 The paste made of mashed chickpeas or other legumes of Middle Eastern provenance has become a favorite spread for vegans, vegetarians and others 🧆 Especially for this day, we have prepared some simple recipes for homemade hummus. Be sure to give it a try! 💚

Hummus with turmeric

Preparation:

  • Blend chickpeas, tahini, garlic and olive oil until smooth.
  • Add turmeric, lemon juice, soy sauce and mix thoroughly.
  • Sprinkle the top with pumpkin seeds.

Red pepper hummus

Preparation:

  • Bake the peppers at 200°C for about 30 minutes, then peel them.
  • Blend all ingredients thoroughly.
  • Garnish the top with chopped chili peppers and parsley.

Beet hummus

Preparation:

  • Boil the beets and cut them into pieces.
  • Blend all ingredients thoroughly.
  • Garnish the top with black cumin seeds.

Divide each paste into 4 servings. Calories have been averaged.
