Did you know that 80% of people who go on a diet eventually regain the weight they lost?
Have you had similar experiences and does the thought of constant restrictions discourage you from making another attempt to lose weight?
We understand that the only truly effective way of eating is one that feels comfortable for you. That is why we will teach you how to compose meals intuitively. This way, food will become your ally in achieving your desired weight and body shape — and maintaining your results will feel natural and effortless, no matter the circumstances.

Did you know that one in five Poles experiences thyroid-related issues?
Thyroid disorders such as hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism or Hashimoto’s disease often go undiagnosed for a long time, which can lead to various health problems.
Do you experience chronic fatigue, low energy or mood swings? Is your skin dry or are you experiencing hair loss? These may be signs of hypothyroidism.
Or perhaps you have noticed unexplained weight loss despite increased appetite, excessive sweating or episodes of diarrhea? These could be symptoms of hyperthyroidism.
Properly balanced nutrition can support pharmacological treatment, help alleviate symptoms and improve overall well-being.

Did you know that insulin resistance is a major factor leading to development of type 2 diabetes?
Insulin resistance is a condition in which body does not respond properly to insulin — hormone responsible for regulating blood sugar levels. It is often the first step toward developing type 2 diabetes.
We will teach you which foods you should choose and how to structure your meals to maintain stable blood sugar levels, improve insulin sensitivity and prevent common complications.
Or perhaps you are dealing with other carbohydrate metabolism disorders? At Be Compleat, we also work with individuals living with type 1 diabetes or reactive hypoglycemia.

Did you know that individuals with one autoimmune disease are at a higher risk of developing another?
Our bodies have incredible ability to defend themselves against pathogens but sometimes this defense mechanism misfires and begins attacking body’s own cells and tissues. These reactions are known as autoimmune diseases.
Some of the most common autoimmune conditions include:
• Celiac disease
• Rheumatoid arthritis
• Atopic dermatitis
• Multiple sclerosis
Ensuring proper nutrition can help reduce chronic inflammation and strengthen the immune system. As a result, course of the disease may become milder and troublesome symptoms can be significantly reduced.

Did you know that what you eat affects your hormonal balance?
Our bodies produce over 50 different hormones and imbalances in their production can lead to variety of troublesome symptoms and health issues.
Hormonal imbalance may show up as weight fluctuations, excessive hair growth or frequent mood swings. Skin changes and menstrual cycle disturbances can also occur.
If you suffer from endometriosis, PCOS or struggle with acne, restoring hormonal balance will be essential for your health and well-being.

Did you know that up to 70% of people worldwide experience digestive issues at some point in their lives?
Digestive problems such as diarrhea, constipation, gas, bloating or heartburn are common and affect many people. These issues can be caused by various factors including unhealthy diet, stress or chronic illnesses.
We will help you identify the root cause of your symptoms and support you in developing healthy eating habits to manage following digestive conditions:
- Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)
- Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD)
- Helicobacter Pylori infection
- Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO)

Did you know that people with inflammatory bowel diseases may be at higher risk of nutritional deficiencies?
Inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD) such as Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis (UC) are chronic conditions that cause inflammation in the digestive tract. While medical treatment is essential, proper dietary habits also play crucial role in maintaining remission.
For people living with IBD, personalized approach to nutrition is especially important, taking into account their specific symptoms and individual food tolerances.
Nutritional needs can vary depending on phase of the disease – during flare-ups, more care is needed in planning meals compared to periods of remission.
Flare-up can lead to significant weight loss or problems with nutrient absorption – this is where well-balanced diet can make a real difference and help prevent deficiencies.

Did you know that proper nutrition can support your fertility?
Deciding to try to have a baby is one of the most important decisions in life. Well-balanced meals can not only increase your chances of getting pregnant but also positively impact health of future mom and development of baby.
At Be Compleat, we will guide you on how to:
-
properly prepare your body for pregnancy
-
plan your meals during pregnancy to meet increased demand for energy, nutrients, vitamins and minerals
-
cope with common pregnancy-related discomforts
We will also support you after giving birth, helping you gradually regain your strength. And if you are breastfeeding, making sure you get enough energy from your meals will be important. Luckily, the concept of “breastfeeding diet” is a myth and in most cases, you will be able to safely go back to enjoying foods that were not recommended during pregnancy.

HOW DO WE WORK?
4 steps of our own process
Together, we will work with you to create a process that you can follow. Combination of our experience, flexibility of cooperation and capabilities of modern technology will provide you with full support on the way to achieving your goals.
Defining goals and choosing path of cooperation
We start the process with two sessions.
During first consultation, we will analyze your needs and possibilities to define direction of our future work. We will set goals of our collaboration, outline its general course and estimate how long it might take.
In second session, we will take a closer look at your health status, lab results and current eating habits. Together, we will choose the most suitable path for you — one that will allow you to comfortably follow through on what we have agreed on.
If needed, we may recommend additional services such as SIBO test or Compleat REST test.
