  • Wholemeal flour2 tbsp / 30 g
  • Ground cinnamon2 pinches / 2 g
  • Erythritol1 tbsp / 10 g
  • Olive oil1 tsp / 5 g
  • Natural yogurt 2%3 tbsp / 60 g
  • Raspberries1 handful / 60 g

Preparation instructions

  1. Blend everything into a smooth mixture, except for yogurt and fruit.
  2. Fry pancakes on a pan without oil.
  3. Serve with yogurt and fruit.
