HOW DO WE WORK?

4 steps of our own process

Together, we will work with you to create a process that you can follow. Combination of our experience, flexibility of cooperation and capabilities of modern technology will provide you with full support on the way to achieving your goals.

Defining goals and choosing path of cooperation

Introductory and strategic consultation

Our first meeting is when we get to know you and your loved ones, define the goals of our collaboration and outline an action plan. Set aside 3 to 5 hours for this session.

  • Analysis of data collected prior to the consultation

  • Assessment of energy systems used (based on REST and ACTIVE tests), training load and competition demands

  • Review of your nutrition log and health status

  • Definition of key principles for your nutrition and supplementation strategy

  • Set up of your personal education plan 

Sports diagnostics package

REST test: The most accurate method for analyzing energy requirements. It provides insights into fat utilization at rest.

ACTIVE test: Provides data on functioning of cardiovascular, respiratory and metabolic systems. It tells us how much energy (kcal) you expend at different intensities and identifies the point during exercise when fat burning is maximized.

BODY test: Includes measurements of skinfold thickness (in millimeters, using dum of 6 and 8 measurements), body circumferences, height, arm span, bone widths, body fat percentage and muscle mass. Additionally, we perform BIA (bioelectrical impedance analysis) to assess body composition and mass.

Developing your strategy and nutrition program

Individual nutrition and supplementation strategy

  • We create personalized nutrition and supplementation strategy, delivered straight to you via convenient mobile app.

  • Your nutrition program includes meals tailored to your specific training load — we do not use generic meal plans.

  • You also receive fully customized supplementation plan designed to meet your individual needs.

Practical tips

  • We create personalized educational path for you and provide all the necessary materials.

  • We develop protocols for race days, game days and others.

  • You will receive practical tips on nutrition while traveling, during training camps and in other non-routine situations.

Analyzing your progress and making adjustments

  • We stay in regular contact via chat.

  • We meet regularly for follow-up consultations. In early stages of our cooperation (first 3 months), we recommend meeting at least once a month.

  • We analyze data collected through mobile app. We are there to support you and respond when needed. We talk through any challenges that may arise, find solutions and adjust the strategy, if necessary.

  • During the process, we support your education. We make sure everything runs smoothly and effectively, on the way to achieve your goals.

Supporting your independence

  • By the time you finish working with dietitian, you will have all necessary tools to maintain results you have achieved together. You can still use mobile application and keep access to all the know-how. Additionally, you will have database of more than 7000 recipes at your disposal, providing continuous culinary inspiration. Think of the app as a tool to support the ongoing development of your own nutrition system.
