  • Arugula1 handful / 20 g
  • Chicken egg2 medium / 100 g
  • Gherkin1 large piece / 135 g

  • Black pepper1 pinch / 1 g
  • Pumpkin seeds1 tbsp / 10 g

Preparation instructions

  1. Spread ajvar on bread and top with arugula.
  2. Place slices of boiled egg and cucumber on top and season to taste.
  3. Sprinkle sandwiches with pumpkin seeds.
