Therefore – depending on your life circumstances – we will work out the most optimal dietary solutions together and teach you how to handle food in different situations (holiday, business trip, get-together).

Nutrition education

Although the starting point is usually an individual meal plan, we eventually aim for you to be able to prepare your meals intuitively. Thanks to this, you will be able to maintain a healthy diet and the achieved body shape with ease. 

We work with adults, teenagers and children (accompanied by parents).

When it comes to younger patients, we focus on changing the eating habits of the whole family.
