It is therefore worth learning how to properly prepare your body for pregnancy – we will tell you what to look out for in the preconception period.

During pregnancy, we will help you to organize your diet so that it meets the increased requirement of the female body for energy, nutrients, vitamins and minerals in each trimester of pregnancy. We’ll give you practical tips on how to cope with your pregnancy ailments to make sure you have good memories of those exceptional 9 months.

If you breastfeed, the right energy value of your diet will be important. Fortunately, there is no special diet for a breastfeeding mother, so you will be able to return – in most cases – to eating products not recommended during pregnancy without worry.
